Retired 12/31/18 and moved to Gold Canyon, AZ. We had lived in Wisconsin since 1982.We lived and worked in the beautiful Northwoods of Northern WI, on the largest inland chain of lakes in the world. We enjoy the outdoors, golf, boating and snowmobiling. Travel is also high on our list. My wife Jackie (Mitchell)owned and operated a very successful gourmet/specialty/bulk food store called The Flour Sack. (www.floursack.com) I had been in the insurance business for 46 years and worked as a group benefit consultant for businesses and public entities throughout WI. I have also been heavily involved in music over the past 40 years. I served as the assistant conductor of (and sang in) a 100 voice Mens Chorus for 18 years and have been the primary conductor of several Lutheran church choirs for the past 39 years. I also was the conductor and music arranger for a 105 voice community choir in Eagle River, WI. I married Jackie Mitchell from Mankato in 1971. We will celebrate our 50th anniversary in November. Our children are all succesful in their own businesses, are all married and raising their families.
